The project need
When confronted with the fear and uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis, LLS strives to offer hope, compassion, education, and support. 


We developed a digital platform and app for the LLS community offering inspiration, valuable information, and support throughout their
cancer journeys.

We developed a strategic framework with clear principles and objectives that strengthened collaboration, decision-making, and accountability—ultimately leading to successful outcomes and greater impact for the LLS project.

User Research
Understanding the LLS Community
Understanding each member of the LLS community was important before building the experience.


By conducting research sessions, including interviews, surveys, and focus groups, we were able to create user personas to empathise and tailor the offerings effectively.


This user-centric approach was essential for resonating with and serving the LLS community.

Creating prototypes and wireframes during sessions gathered valuable feedback, refining designs iteratively to meet user needs.

Testing different concepts helped identify effective solutions, enhancing product quality and usability while minimizing costs and risks.

As part of developing the LLS platform concepts, we transitioned from
low-fidelity to high-fidelity designs. 


This involved creating initial blueprints focusing on structure and functionality, then gradually adding more detail and visual elements.


By iteratively refining the designs based on feedback, i ensured the final product met user needs while providing a polished and user-friendly interface.
