A 360° Virtual onboarding Experience
We designed a 360° Virtual onboarding program for healthcare staff to upskill and learn

The project need
​Novartis faced challenges in onboarding over 200o new employees globally due to travel logistics.
Existing materials were dispersed across multiple platforms, leading to confusion among new hires and incomplete training sessions. Additionally, rapid content obsolescence necessitated a swift update mechanism.
