We designed a 360° Virtual onboarding program for healthcare staff to upskill and learn

The project need

​Novartis faced challenges in onboarding over 200o new employees globally due to travel logistics.

Existing materials were dispersed across multiple platforms, leading to confusion among new hires and incomplete training sessions. Additionally, rapid content obsolescence necessitated a swift update mechanism.

Having captured the insight, and using prototypes we then began to design the final design, build and platform.

We worked in sprints and employed the agile methodology in our teams to deliver the final product.

Putting the power in their hands

Designed for less tech savvy, the Novartis content creator were able to:

Build their own 360° experiences with their own footage of the office

Add/modify their own content and hotspots launching a multitude of onboarding material.
