Here Tearfund employees can come and visit a centralised space where employees can learn about our insights and make more informed decisions.

Using the findings we created an interactive supporter journey map that helped teams understand the supporters journey.

By leverahing the supporter journeys in a easy to use way the teams at Tearfund can view what the user thinks, feels and does at each stage.
A combination of qualitative, quatitve and analytics created a while picture of the supporter experience
